Workshops

Workshop Registrations

Workshop places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment. Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the workshop date may receive a credit towards a future session. Cancellations within fourteen days of the workshop date are not eligible for credit or refund unless the place can be filled by another participant. The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Pattern Purchases and Downloads

Digital pattern purchases grant the user a personal, non-transferable licence to use the pattern for individual craft practice. Patterns may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared publicly without prior written consent. The user acknowledges that digital content is provided as-is and that the studio does not guarantee specific results from following pattern instructions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, images, patterns, logos, and design elements, is the property of the studio or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. The user may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website, workshops, patterns, or services. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or loss of data. The user assumes all risks associated with craft activities and material handling.

User Conduct and Content

The user agrees not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others. Any content submitted to the studio, including photographs of completed work or pattern contributions, may be used for promotional, educational, or archival purposes unless the user explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
